Orders placed for true vintage hats will be shipped within 48 hours.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your custom hat to be processed and shipped.

Please note that the custom hats process time includes prepping the hat, sewing the hat, quality control check, and then packaging and shipping. This process takes time and we want to make sure every hat being shipped is of the best quality possible.

Old School Hats is not responsible for lost packages.  Please contact the shipping courier first and text our customer service team 470-469-6001 to let us know because customer satisfaction is most important to us and we want you to get the product you paid for.
