  We accept returns within 30 days of purchase date with a full refund upon return of the hat. (Please see shipping info below)

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS ON THE PRODUCT "OPPS HATS"

Custom & Embroidered Hats:

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase date for store credit (Via email) only upon return of the hat.  We offer a lifetime repair or replacement guarantee if a product is received damaged or broken.  We replace it or fix it for free.  If your product is no longer in stock and unable to be replaced, we can replace it with a mystery hat.

Mystery Box / Holiday Box, Hat Lots, (Random Hat Box), Buy 1 get one Free, giftcards and Collab Hats are NON-RETURNABLE items.

They are NOT Accepted for *return* only exchange if you receive a damaged hat. 

Shipping:

"If an item is returned, The cost for shipping is not refunded unless it is agreed that the item was flawed or the wrong item was shipped." To return your product, you should mail the product back in the original shipping box and mail to.
